FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ✶

  • I open my books every couple of months. The only way to schedule is by filling out a submission form on the contact page. Filling out a form does not guarantee an appointment.

Please be deposit ready when submitting a form ($75-$150).

  • I work at a private studio in Parker, CO. The studio is not open to the general public and is specifically by appointment only to curate the experience for each client. You are given the exact address in your appointment reminder email 24 hours prior along with other helpful information to ensure confidentiality and my safety.

  • I work Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.

  • Since every tattoo is unique and every client’s skin and body is different, pricing can vary quite a bit. Rather than using a flat hourly rate, I provide a custom estimate range in your scheduling email so you know what to expect upfront.

I will always be transparent with what’s doable with your budget. If your piece is outside of your budget, I will provide an alternative.

I accept cash, card, and Zelle. A 3% processing fee is added to card transactions. I do not have an ATM or change for cash.

  • I do not show any designs prior to your appointment. The submission form asks for a lot of details and you are able to submit reference photos/sketches (No AI). Pinterest boards are encouraged!

You are able to make any minor changes the day of if needed, but typically not common.

If you reject the design entirely you will forfeit the deposit for draw-time compensation. Please be as specific as possible in your submission!

  • A flash piece is from a flash sheet (labeled Available Flash on my website) that is a repeatable design.

A wanna-do (something I “want to do”) is a one-off pre-drawn piece I’ve released that is only claimable by one person. Once it is claimed it is taken down. Variations of a piece can be done, but I will never do the exact design twice.

A custom piece is a piece that stems from your own idea. I always ask how much creative freedom i have with a custom. Reference photos are preferred so I can see other similar works you like to ensure we’re on the same page.

  • Yes! I primarily cater to women and the LGBTQIA+ community to create a private safe space. All bodies and skin tones are welcomed. My studio is ADA accessible (aside from automatic doors).

I DO NOT TATTOO ANYONE UNDER 18, even with parent consent due to Douglas County health regulations

  • Yes! You may use use numbing cream if you have a known low pain tolerance or are being tattooed in a spot that’s typically painful (i.e. sternum, thighs, calves, feet, etc.) especially if it is a larger piece. Please let my assistant know you’re going to be using numbing cream. Do your own research about the risks and complications that can be associated with using a product like this.

  • Once you’ve been sent a scheduling link, I ask that you schedule within 48 hours or books have the possibility of filling up for the open dates.

I require a $75-$150 deposit based on the total cost estimate. All Deposits are non-refundable and are taken off of your final session (if multiple sessions are required).

  • Yes, but I much prefer doing black and grey. Doing some splashes of color with the black and grey is fine, but I tend to stray away from full color pieces unless you are a returning client.

Please take a look at my Instagram/portfolio to see if your idea aligns similarly with what you’re interested in. I’m sometimes open to doing pieces outside of my regular style, but pieces that align more with what I do regularly take priority.

  • I do prefer you to come alone since the studio is small unless accompaniment is necessary (for example if you’re traveling with someone). Please only 1 extra person!

Nobody under 18 or pets are allowed at the studio. Registered ADA service animals are allowed. No ESA companions are allowed per Douglas County Health Department guidelines.

  • If a touch up is needed due to subtle ink fallout during the healing process, I offer 1 free touch up within 3 months of getting the tattoo. If aftercare was not followed correctly, the touch up will not be free.

Finger tattoos require a set up fee to touch up regardless of how long it has been due to the nature of their healing.

If you want to get a touch up outside of the 3 month mark, it is a set up fee of $100. If you’re getting another piece done, I will always touch up the other one for free regardless of the time frame. I will not touch up a piece for a “refresh” since tattoos naturally age and settle over time.

Please send photos via email when inquiring about your touch up appointment.
